Platform Usage & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or integrating with any platform operated by Jatta M Kommerce Pvt. Ltd. (“JMK”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you represent an organization or business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all six JMK platforms: KratuChat.ai, NeoMoneyPay.com, IAMKratu.ai, HandLoan.ai, TripGalileo.com, and VirtualBees.ai.

2. User Accounts & API Credentials

To access platform dashboards, administrative tools, or developer APIs, you must register an authorized account:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login passwords and API authorization tokens.
• All activity executed under your account credentials is your organizational responsibility.
• You agree to promptly notify JMK at hr@jattamkommerce.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use & Platform Safeguards

You agree to use our SaaS platforms solely for lawful commercial and business operations. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy platform source code or proprietary schemas.
• Utilizing KratuChat or communication APIs to dispatch unsolicited spam or violate telecommunication regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent financial activity, unauthorized payment attempts, or money laundering via NeoMoneyPay.
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or bypassing rate limits placed on our endpoints.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, software platforms, logos, interfaces, algorithmic architectures, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jatta M Kommerce Pvt. Ltd.

Clients retain full ownership of their operational business data, customer records, and transaction logs processed through our platforms. JMK receives only the limited license required to perform automated workflows as requested.

5. Subscription Plans & Commercial Billing

Subscription fees for platforms (Starter, Business Growth, or Custom Enterprise) are billed on agreed schedules (monthly or annually). All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST in India) unless stated otherwise.

Services may be suspended if recurring subscription invoices remain overdue following written notification.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” operational basis. While we implement rigorous quality controls, security safeguards, and continuous monitoring, JMK makes no warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, JMK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party network outages, or unauthorized security breaches beyond commercially reasonable controls.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
